| Since 2001, Frank has been providing reference services, and teaching the evaluation and use of information resources for researchers who use the Biomedical, Dental, Veterinary, and New Bolton Center Libraries. Frank has extensive experience with several software programs, including EndNote, RefWorks, and PowerPoint, which, coupled with his subject expertise, allow him to guide researchers through projects, from identifying and citing sources, to presenting results. Frank earned a BA in Biology, and an MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before coming to Penn, he was a medical reference librarian at the Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. |
