| Charles is the liaison and bibliographer for Cinema Studies and develops library collections focused on areas such as film theory, history of film, television studies, animation, and video and cinema production. Currently, he also serves as a point person for research inquiries in Sociology. As the Coordinator for Digital Outreach Services, Charles oversees the Penn Libraries chat reference services and the interdepartmental team of librarians and staff who provide online research assistance to the Penn community and beyond. Charles holds a BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures, in German and Russian Studies, from Lewis & Clark College and an MSLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
