| Joe earned his B.A. in History at Penn, where he focused on Western Europe and Latin America, the latter an area of the world that has held his interest throughout his academic and professional career (M.A., History, UC Berkeley; M.Phil., History, CUNY; M.S., Library and Information Science, Drexel University). His subject expertise, however, reaches beyond Latin America to the broader study of international relations, including government organizations and the United Nations. Joe is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese and maintains a particular interest in the history, music, and film of Brazil. |
