| Since his graduation from Penn in 2000 with a PhD in East Asian Studies, Jidong has been managing Penn Libraries' Chinese collection and providing services to China-related academic programs across Penn's schools and departments. He is currently attending Rutgers University, and will soon earn an MS in Library and Information Science. His publications in both English and Chinese cover a wide range of topics concerning Chinese and Central Asian archaeology, history, literature, religions, and bibliography. In addition to modern and classical Chinese, Jidong has an excellent working knowledge of Russian, Japanese, and French. |
