Mia Wells
Mia is the Business Research & Document Delivery Librarian at the Lippincott Library of Penn's Wharton School. She maintains the Business FAQ, a knowledge bank of business reference questions which was created at Lippincott and is now used cooperatively by almost 30 major research libraries internationally. She also manages Docdel@Wharton, Lippincott Library's document delivery service for Wharton faculty, staff and graduate students. Mia works extensively in providing research and instructional services to all students, through consultations, course instruction and orientation sessions. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Operations Management, from the University of Delaware, and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from Drexel University.
