Stephen Lehmann
Stephen has been developing library collections in the humanities since the late 1970s. With a background in literature (AB in English and MA in German, both from UC Berkeley), he came to Penn from Swarthmore College in 1987, and was appointed to the new position of Humanities Bibliographer in 1991. In addition to his work in the library, Stephen has published several translations from German, and he co-authored a biography of the pianist Rudolf Serkin, that was published by Oxford University Press in 2003.
