Sharon Black
In her role as Communication Librarian, Sharon helps students, faculty, and the wider community to identify, evaluate, and use resources in support of the curriculum at Penn's Annenberg School. She offers one-on-one and group research instruction, and works to make the Annenberg Library a welcoming space for individual and collaborative learning. Sharon is the creator of CommPilings, a blog which gives researchers in Communications the opportunity to stay up to date on the latest library resources and news alerts. Sharon holds a BA in English from Gettysburg College, and an MS in Library and Information Science from Drexel University. She is the author of several publications related to communications librarianship.
