| Carlos joined the Biomedical Library reference staff in 1986. His research interests in the health and life sciences include bioethics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, global and public health, statistical resources, and information management. Carlos has a BA from the City College of New York, and he completed graduate coursework in Sino-Russo-Japanese area studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned an MS at Drexel University's College of Information Science and Technology, focusing on information science and systems. |
